Newton's Nook Designs January Release - Newton’s Sweetheart Stamp Set + coordinating Die

we made it!
it's the last reveal day of Newton's Nook Designs January release!

and oh my gosh you guys...this release is so completely amazing! I'm in LOVE with each new set, and I can't wait for you all to see it, too!
today we're focusing on Newton’s Sweetheart Stamp Set + coordinating Die!
you can totally create a project life type spread, gift tags and, of course, cards! all of the new sets will be available for purchase on January 19th, right here!

guys this set is so sweet and lovey!

all of the images were stamped and die cut out! I colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then added some highlights and details with my white gel pen! you know I love that!
my little cat couple was then popped up with foam tape!

I cut the card front on an angle and then stamped a phrase a some of the smaller images from the sets with Distress Oxide Inks and did coordinating ink blending to add the sweet rainbow!
you know I can't resist a rainbow!

my second card uses gooooooooooold!! ha!

to create the background, I used the new Tumbled Hearts Stencil, and some white embossing paste, but only on the left half of the card!
then I used Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine and sprayed it in the bottom corner of the card and sprinkled some over the whole thing!

the sentiment was partially heat embossed in white onto a strip of black cardstock, and then used the 'meow' die from Newton Unwinds Coordinating Die set (LOVE that little, scripty phrase!) and die cut it out 5 times in white cardstock, and once win gold, glitter paper!
it just adds that little bit of FUN!

all of the images were stamped and die cut out! I colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then added some highlights and details with my white gel pen!
guys, I really, really LOVE these deer!

I used the Land Borders Die Set along with Lucky Clover, Twisted Citron and Cracked Pistachio Distress Inks to create the green hills! then I splattered on some color and clean water to add texture!
lastly, I stamped some of the little images in a light grey ink in the background!

my second card features the other two little fawns in the set, all cuddled up cozy to each other!

LOOOOOOVE this card!
That sky was created with Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves and Mustard Seed Distress Inks! pretty, right? swoon!

my first card uses the adorable owl from tho set!

all of the images were stamped and die cut out! I colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then added some highlights and details with my white gel pen! you know I love that!
the branch image is from What a Hoot! LOVE how versatile all of these sets are! they work so well together!

I used the Sky Borders Die Set along with Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers Distress Inks to create the cloudy sky! then I splattered on some color and clean water to add texture!
that sleepy owl is just TOO CUTE holding the coffee!

my second card features Newton and I seriously LOVE that little heart shape, so he's holding it along with the teddy bear by his feet!

to create the background, I used the Darling Hearts Die as a stencil then did ink blending in many Distress Oxide Inks to create the rainbow feel!

I layered some white embossing paste with the new Tumbled Hearts stencils and selectively added some hearts in various sizes around the card! it's so FUN!
then I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto a banner of black cardstock.

here's the fun sketch:

LOVE it!
I did the totally 'sam' style with this sketch, and used various mixed media things to incorporate the sketch!
ok ok ok, here's my card:

yay!
those CUTE little cheetahs from the new Heart Spots stamp set just steal the show! I colored them with Copics, then used the coordinating dies to cut them out! then I added some whimsy to the images with details with the white gel pen!
oh yeah! and the sentiment is from the new Heart Filled Sentiments set!

I used Distress Inks in Spiced Marmelade, Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade to blend the circle area, then a thin lined stencil with white embossing paste to be the green rectangle part of the sketch!
the sentiment banner is represents the grey rectangle and my splatters and sequins are the tiny yellow dots of the sketch!

I used the Starfield Stencil to go with the toast and jam image (my favorite!!!!) and used Distress Inks in Fossilized Amber and Mustard Seed to add color!
